ABOUT

Born and bred in Singapore, XOTL is 26-year-old Shawn Lim, who has recently completed his internship over at Asylum Creative, and is currently pursuing his Bachelor in Visual Communication, at NTU, School of Art, Design & Media. The constant struggle between the identity of an artist and a designer had him amount to a wide and diverse selection of works.

He has participated in numerous exhibitions and talk, and has also have his works and interview featured on several magazines in the past years. Directions for his design and art work lies mainly in experimenting with a diverse style of execution, which are usually deemed unconventional and provocative, yet fresh and exquisite. The fascination with typefaces, geometry and colors are also evident in most of his design works.
